For a number of reasons, Integrity PT has chosen to be out-of-network with all insurance companies. We practice as a self-pay or “cash-based” facility. We encourage you to read below to understand why this model can be a great fit for you!

This model of Physical Therapy allows for focused 1-on-1 treatment every time you come in. You get the gym space to yourself and undivided attention from your PT for a full hour.
With self-pay PT we are not dictated by the contracts of private insurance companies. No wait times for authorizations, no limitations to care plans, no disputing coverage denials. Clients often improve in less time and less visits.
Get the freedom of the best individualized care.

You may actually save money by choosing Integrity PT for treatment! Most insurances either charge a copay or expect patients to cover the full cost of treatment until a deductible is reached. Additionally, most clinics are contracted with insurances companies and receive lower reimbursement. So these clinics need to have their therapists see 2-3 patients at a time for shorter periods, and have patients coming 2-3x/week for several months just to turn a profit. At Integrity PT, clients always receive 1-on-1 private treatment for a full 60 minute session with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. With this level of attention and expert guidance, clients often only need to attend 1x/week. We can also achieve similar results to traditional PT clinics in about 6-10 sessions (varies depending on the case and severity). We offer discounted rates when buying 5 or 10 visit packages, and we accept payment through HSA/FSA accounts. Do the math yourself and see that you can get premium treatment and improve quicker for a similar cost to using insurance in the long-term.

Integrity PT understands it is frustrating to have hidden pricing, and transparency can help you better plan to invest in yourself. The pricing below is what you can expect to pay - it will never change regardless of the treatment type provided in a session:
Initial Evaluation:(60 minute - $175)
Services begin with a full-body physical and functional exam to evaluate for postural, structural, or movement dysfunctions. Evaluations will help determine severity of condition, client goals, and create a plan of care to achieve patient goals. Treatment and home exercise plans will be established at this visit.
Follow Up:(60 minute - $150 | 30 minute - $80)
In 1-on-1 follow up appointments, we will address structural issues, provide education, and progress or reinforce home exercise programs. Half hour appointments allow a focus on either updating exercise programs or hands on treatment. If you would prefer both we recommend a full 1 hour booking.
Packages available at discounted rates.
(Packages must be paid in full, and visits must be redeemed within 1 year of purchase)
We accept credit card, cash, and check as payment. Clients may use HSA/FSA accounts for payment.
First responders (LEO/Fire/EMS) and Military (active duty or veterans), ask us about discounts.

No, referrals are not required to schedule an evaluation at Integrity PT. Connecticut is a direct access state for Physical Therapy, meaning that you do not need to see a doctor first to attend Physical Therapy. We will perform a thorough evaluation and refer out to appropriate specialists if anything is outside the scope of PT, or if symptoms do not improve within 30 days.

Depending on your insurance plan, you may have some out-of-network reimbursement available or a separate deductible you can apply expenses towards. We can provide documentation called a “superbill” upon request to allow for submission to your insurance provider. Please contact your insurance provider for details on coverage and submission of claims.
(Clients are expected to provide payment in full at time of service)
